Widely regarded as the most beautiful tomb in the entire Valley of the Kings. The longest and most elaborately decorated royal tomb ever carved into these sacred cliffs, featuring breathtaking ceiling paintings of the heavens and walls covered in perfectly preserved hieroglyphic inscriptions. Egyptologists and travelers alike consider this the single most spectacular tomb in the Valley, and standing inside it, you will understand why.

Arrival & Departure Guidelines
Day 1 – Monday: Arrival in Cairo
Your journey begins at your own pace. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, morning, afternoon, or evening, our representative will welcome you with a personalized sign, assist with your luggage, and provide a private transfer to the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence. Take the day to relax in your elegant room, unwind at the spa, or explore the hotel’s sophisticated surroundings. No scheduled sightseeing ensures a stress-free, indulgent start to your Egyptian adventure.
Your Last Day – Day 12, Friday Departure from Cairo
Your journey ends in Cairo. On Day 11, Thursday, there are no scheduled excursions, so you have a relaxed morning before your included domestic flight from Luxor to Cairo. Cabin checkout is at 10 a.m., and if the flight is later in the day you are welcome to wait in the reception area or use the ship’s facilities until it is time to leave for the airport.
You then spend your final night at Le Méridien Cairo Airport on a bed and breakfast basis, and you fly home on Day 12, Friday.
Please book your international flight home for Day 12, Friday, and not for Thursday. A Thursday flight would cost you a night you have already paid for.
Le Méridien Cairo Airport is joined to Terminal 3 of Cairo International Airport by a private pedestrian bridge, so on your last morning you can reach the terminal on foot. Breakfast at the hotel is included. Whatever time your flight leaves, please allow the usual time for check-in, security and passport control, and let us know in advance if you are departing from a different terminal.
