Day by day on board the City and Sea Adonis
The itineraries shown above in full, written out. Every cruise week begins on Thursday in Luxor. Optional excursions are marked and are booked separately.
3 Nights / 4 Days: Aswan to Luxor
- Day 1, Monday. Arrival in Aswan and transfer to the ship. High Dam and the Temple of Philae, then a felucca sail and a Nubian show on board. The optional Nubian Village visit is offered on this day. Lunch and dinner. Overnight in Aswan.
- Day 2, Tuesday. Optional early excursion to Abu Simbel. Kom Ombo double temple, then sailing to Edfu. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overnight in Edfu.
- Day 3, Wednesday. Temple of Edfu, then sailing to Luxor. Karnak and Luxor temples, followed by a belly dance night on board. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overnight in Luxor.
- Day 4, Thursday. Luxor West Bank: Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Breakfast. Disembarkation and transfer to Luxor airport.
4 Nights / 5 Days: Luxor to Aswan
- Day 1, Thursday. Arrival in Luxor and transfer to the ship. Karnak and Luxor temples. Lunch and dinner. Overnight in Luxor.
- Day 2, Friday. Luxor West Bank: Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Sailing to Esna. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overnight in Esna.
- Day 3, Saturday. Temple of Edfu and Kom Ombo, then sailing towards Aswan. Egyptian themed night on board. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Day 4, Sunday. Aswan: High Dam, the Temple of Philae, a felucca sail and a Nubian show. The optional Nubian Village visit is offered on this day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overnight in Aswan.
- Day 5, Monday. Optional excursion to Abu Simbel. Breakfast. Disembarkation and transfer.
7 Nights / 8 Days: Luxor to Aswan and back to Luxor
- Day 1, Thursday. Arrival in Luxor and transfer to the ship. Lunch and dinner. Overnight in Luxor.
- Day 2, Friday. Luxor West Bank: Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Sailing to Esna. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overnight in Esna.
- Day 3, Saturday. Temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo, then sailing to Aswan. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

- Day 6, Tuesday. A day at leisure. The optional Nubian Village visit is offered this morning, while the ship is still docked in Aswan. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overnight on board.
- Day 7, Wednesday. Sailing back to Luxor. Karnak and Luxor temples, followed by a belly dance night on board. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overnight in Luxor.
- Day 8, Thursday. Breakfast. Disembarkation and transfer to Luxor airport.
