You’ll find premium running treadmills and cardio bikes positioned to face the river head-on, so you can find your pace while completely immersed in the scenery. It’s cardio with a view few gyms on earth could ever offer — the sensation of running straight into the heart of Egypt.
Whether you’re starting the morning with the sunrise on the water or unwinding after a day of exploring, the Adonis Fitness Room is your space to feel strong, refreshed, and utterly connected to the journey.

As the landscape glides gently by, our experienced masseuse works away every trace of tension — leaving you weightless, restored, and completely at peace.
