Welcome to NileCruiseShip.com. Please read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or booking any cruise packages. By accessing, browsing, or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

1. General Information

• • NileCruiseShip.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides information, services, and booking options for Nile River cruises aboard the City and Sea Adonis. By booking through this site, you agree to comply with these Terms and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to the services we offer.

• • All users of NileCruiseShip.com must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their country to enter into legally binding contracts.

2. Booking & Payment

• • Booking: All bookings must be made through our secure online booking system. When you submit a booking, you will receive a confirmation email, which constitutes acceptance of your reservation by NileCruiseShip.com.

• • Payment: Payment options depend on your selected package: some bookings require full payment at booking, while others offer a deposit/payment plan. For our standard guided programmes, the remaining balance is due 45 days before departure. The exact deposit amount, payment deadlines and available options are shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed on our website. Your booking is confirmed once the initial payment required by your selected plan has been successfully processed.

• • Currency: Prices are listed in USD (or applicable currency).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to booking@nilecruiseship.com. The notice period is measured from the date of your first written cancellation request to your trip start (check-in) date.

• 30 days or more before check-in: 15% cancellation fee of the total booking value.
• 29 to 15 days before check-in: 25% cancellation fee of the total booking value.
• 14 days to 48 hours before check-in: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value.
• Within 48 hours of check-in, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee of the total booking value.

Cancellation fees are calculated on the total booking value of all services in your booking, whether you have paid a deposit or the full balance.

Your refund is the amount actually paid toward the booking minus the applicable cancellation fee. If you have paid only a deposit, the fee is calculated on the total booking value and deducted from that deposit, with any remaining amount refunded. No refund is due if the fee equals or exceeds the amount paid. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

If you have paid the booking in full, the refund is 85%, 75%, 50% or 0% of the total booking value for the respective notice periods above.

Add-ons and extra nights: Add-ons, optional services and extra nights follow the same written cancellation procedure and percentage schedule, using the same trip start (check-in) date. If you cancel only one or more of these services, the fee is calculated on the total price of the cancelled services, whether paid by deposit or in full. Any refund is the amount paid for those services minus that fee; no refund is due if the fee equals or exceeds that payment. The rest of your booking remains unchanged. Separate refund promises for services cancelled by the operator or unavailable because of weather still apply.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• • Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their personal health and safety throughout the trip. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult a doctor before booking.

• • Travel Documents: Guests must have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas for travel to Egypt. Please consult with your embassy for specific requirements.

• • Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow passengers, crew members, and locals. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the cruise without refund.

5. Itinerary Changes

• • NileCruiseShip.com reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather conditions, local government regulations, or other unforeseen events. Where a change is necessary we will provide a comparable alternative of equivalent standard wherever possible. We will make every effort to keep guests informed and minimize disruptions.

• Any changes made will maintain the essence of the trip, and the safety and enjoyment of our guests will remain a priority.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• • All content on NileCruiseShip.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NileCruiseShip.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• • You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of the website. Reproduction, duplication, or misuse of any content without prior written consent from NileCruiseShip.com is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• • NileCruiseShip.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site or services, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, and disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.

• • While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, NileCruiseShip.com does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the site’s content, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

8. Indemnification

• • By using this website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NileCruiseShip.com, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the website or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

• • These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

• • NileCruiseShip.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

NileCruiseShip.com is a brand of City and Sea Travel. City and Sea Travel is an Associate Member of the United States Tour Operators Association. However, City and Sea Travel is NOT a participant in the USTOA $1 Million Travelers’ Assistance Program and is not held by USTOA to certain other standards required of Active Members.
